Four things to know.
$20 per seat per month.
Monthly or yearly. The same price at every size, with no plans to compare.
The first seat is free for a year.
A full seat with no card. Enough to run a one-person publication.
AI included on every seat.
The included models cost nothing per request. Or use your own provider's key.
100 GB of storage per seat.
One pool shared by the whole team. Need more? $10 per 100 GB per month, added on request.
Nothing held back for a higher tier.
There is only one.
- Live editing on every field of every document.
- Workflows you define, with roles and confirmation steps.
- AI at the workflow steps you choose, with a snapshot before every run.
- Wire services and in-house feeds, tagged on arrival.
- Transcribed interviews with signed, playable quotes.
- An image library with a signature on every image.
- A public site on your own domain, or a preview address from day one.
- Signed webhooks, and an API for bringing content in.
Questions worth asking.
- What counts as a seat?
- Anyone who signs in to write, edit, plan or review. API keys and webhook endpoints are not seats.
- What happens after the first free year?
- The first seat moves onto the per-seat rate. We write before the year is up. If Tidenda is not right, export your work and leave.
- How does AI usage get billed?
- The included models run inside Tidenda at no cost per request, and your text stays with you. Or connect your own provider and pay them directly. Nothing is added on top.
- How does storage work?
- Each seat adds 100 GB to one pool the whole team shares, for images and audio alike. At the limit, uploads stop until there is room again. Nothing is deleted. Need more? $10 per 100 GB per month, added on request.
