The first seat is free for a year.
Not a fourteen-day trial. A full free seat, no card, enough to run a one-person publication for a year. After that, billed like any other.
AI included on every seat.
Use the open-weight models shipped with the platform at no per-call cost, or bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or OpenAI-compatible key. A regional weekly gets the same stack a national agency does.
100 GB of storage per seat. €10 per 100 GB above.
Photos, video and audio for the stories the team runs. If the team grows past the seat allowance, extra storage is €10 per 100 GB per month. Multiply on a phone, no sales call.

- What counts as a seat?
- Anyone who signs in to write, edit, plan or review. Read-only API consumers do not. Webhook endpoints do not. If a person logs into the app, that is a seat.
- What happens after the first free year?
- The first seat moves onto the per-seat rate, like any other. We write before the year is up. If Tidenda is not right, you can export and walk away.
- How does AI usage get billed?
- Two options. Stay on the open-weight models shipped with the platform. They run in-deployment, your text does not leave the box, no per-call cost. Or point any operation at your own provider and pay them for tokens. No margin or meter on top.
- What if my team stores a lot of video?
- Every seat comes with 100 GB of storage. Above that, storage is €10 per 100 GB per month, calculated on your total volume. Older material moves to archive on our side, so the bill stays predictable as the room accumulates work.
